Better Body Bootcamp Swimsuit Schedule

Let Better Body Bootcamp help you get into the best swimsuit shape of your life, all while having a little fun outside with your friends! Bootcamp is NOT always what you think it is. The fastest way to get fit and loose weight is by doing multiple muscle groups and exercises at the same time. We have fun with circuits, races, relays, and you can do it at any fitness level. It is always challenging at YOUR level and always different, therefore keeping the body guessing and your calorie burn high. We have lots of locations and times.

Heardmont Park:
6-7 am Tue/Thur
8:15-9:15 am Tue/Thur (this class will start back first week of August)
6-7 pm Tue/Thur

Snap Fitness in Chelsea: (you do not have to be a member)
5-6 am Mon/Wed/Fri

It is $100 for 4 weeks, two days a week or $150 for 3 days a week. It is $80 for 1 day a week for 6 weeks and $20 to drop-in to any weekday classes.

Super Saturday classes on Saturday mornings at 7 am Heardmont Park
$10 for drop-ins and $5 for registered bootcampers.

Happy New Year!!

It's the time of year where we set those New Year's Resolutions, and believe it or not the number one resolution is to loose weight and get fit! The fastest and funnest way to lose weight and get in shape is Bootcamp! We have lots of classes on different days, times and locations. I'm sure there is one for YOU! You can join us at any and all levels. You start where you are and begin to watch yourself get smaller, fitter and healthier. All while enjoying great encouragement, accountability and frienships! Saturdays at 8:30 or 9:30 (must check facebook page for each weeks time at Better Body Bootcamp) at Heardmont Park is an extra class for those who want it. It's $5 for registered bootcampers and $10 for anyone to drop in. All Living Social Voucher holders will pay $10 on Saturdays.

Cost is $100 for 4 weeks two days a week.

Happy "Skinny" Holidays

It is that time of year again where we start with the Halloween candy and it doesn't end until Jan. 1st when we make that New Years resolution that we some how don't actually stick to. How great would it be to start Jan. 2012 with the resoultion being to "stay" in shape and not "get" in shape?? Let Better Body Bootcamp help you with that. Bootcamp is one of the fastest and funnest ways to get in shape and become a fitter, healtier you. Don't go through the holidays wishing you were taking better care of yourself. How about being the one that everyone else wishes they were being like. We have made it very easy for you, $150 will get you two months worth of bootcamp, 2 days a week, until Jan. 1st 2012! Less than $10 a class. So how do you stay "skinny" through the holidays?? Make time for YOU to be the healthiest and fittest you can be.

The Quest for a Ripped Midsection

If you are on the endless quest to attain a ripped midsection, you may need to rethink how you are training your abs. To create flat abs you need to train from the inside out. The deep layer of ab muscles ( transverse abdominus ) is responsible for creating a smaller waistline, providing back support, and stability to cut down on injury during exercise and everyday activities. It can not be trained by regular crunches. One of the most effective exercises is to get horizontal. Yes the plank! Come to our bootcamps and you can end that quest for a great looking midsection.
