It is that time of year again where we start with the Halloween candy and it doesn't end until Jan. 1st when we make that New Years resolution that we some how don't actually stick to. How great would it be to start Jan. 2012 with the resoultion being to "stay" in shape and not "get" in shape?? Let Better Body Bootcamp help you with that. Bootcamp is one of the fastest and funnest ways to get in shape and become a fitter, healtier you. Don't go through the holidays wishing you were taking better care of yourself.
