Let Better Body Bootcamp help you get into the best swimsuit shape of your life, all while having a little fun outside with your friends! Bootcamp is NOT always what you think it is. The fastest way to get fit and loose weight is by doing multiple muscle groups and exercises at the same time. We have fun with circuits, races, relays, and you can do it at any fitness level. It is always challenging at YOUR level and always different, therefore keeping the body guessing and your calorie burn high. We have lots of locations and times.

It is $100 for 4 weeks, two days a week or $150 for 3 days a week. It is $80 for 1 day a week for 6 weeks and $20 to drop-in to any weekday classes.
Super Saturday classes on Saturday mornings at 7 am Heardmont Park
$10 for drop-ins and $5 for registered bootcampers.
